Sophie, Countess of Wessex stuns in plum as she calls for better education on periods

“When we’re told that we’re going to begin our periods, are we told that they’re going to end as well?

Hormones are incredibly strong little critters in our bodies and they can be quite difficult to control so at that point, you really must see help and talk to everybody and be informed, because that will help you manage your circumstances.”
