The Duchess of Sussex said perfume is “her favourite thing” in a resurfaced interview in which she disclosed her beauty tips. During the discussion, Prince Harry’s wife even confessed she found fellow actress Gwyneth Paltrow beautiful.
She said: “Fragrance is my favourite thing – so much so that if I leave the house and I don’t put any on, I’ll turn around and go back home.
“I alternate between a few scents. I love Oribe Côte d’Azur Eau de Parfum and both the Wild Bluebell and Wood Sage & Sea Salt Colognes by Jo Malone.”
The Duchess also highlighted the importance of keeping healthy habits like hydration.
She said: “The first is to drink a lot of water – it changes how you look.
“But I often forget to do it because I prefer wine!
“The second is to smile, because everyone looks prettier when they’re smiling. “
When it comes to pamper days, Meghan enjoys food and drinking, as well as taking some time off work.
However, she confessed “I hate massages,” while admitting her love for yoga, which dates back to her childhood.
She said: “I lay there and I do a laundry list in my head or think about all the things I need to get done.
“So my version of pampering is going on holiday, treating myself to a beautiful dinner and bottle of wine.
“Or my biggest indulgence is giving myself a lazy day in bed doing nothing.”
The Duchess, who married Prince Harry in 2018, added: “My mum is a yoga instructor, so I started when I was seven.
“Now I work out with a trainer and I love to run. When I’m travelling, I’ll work out in my hotel room, too.”
Meghan used to share similar lifestyle and beauty tips in her now-defunct blog, The Tig, which she deleted along with her Instagram account when she joined the Royal Family.
