IPL 2022, SRH vs CSK: Sunrisers Hyderabad look for revival against Chennai Super Kings | Cricket News

It’s not that Sunrisers Hyderabad have not lost in this edition of IPL, in fact they have started with two defeats, but of the three setbacks so far, the loss to Gujarat Titans will rankle. A poor finish by Marco Jansen, who failed to defend 22 runs in the final over against a rampaging Rashid Khan, meant SRH were back to the drawing board as they look to regain the touch which fetched them five wins on the trot.
The revival after a poor start to the tournament started with an eight-wicket win over Chennai Super Kings and SRH have reason to fancy their chances in the return leg to be played at the MCA Stadium in Pune on Sunday night.
Chennai Super Kings outfit is beset by poor form and injuries — the latest being Moeen Ali. But for the 23-run win over Royal Challengers Bangalore and the three-wicket victory over Mumbai Indians, CSK have failed to impose themselves on teams like before.
