Elvis Presley only had one child in Lisa Marie Presley, who went on to have three daughters and one son. Tragically, The King’s only grandson, who is the spitting image of the star, died by suicide last year at the age of 27-years-old. Yesterday, his sister Riley Keough pay tribute to him on what would have been Benjamin Keough’s 29th birthday.
Riley posted a picture of Benjamin on Instagram wearing round glasses and a bandana around his head.
The 32-year-old wrote: “Today’s your birthday… you would be 29 today. I miss you all day every day my best friend.
“We spent my 29th birthday just the two of us and it was one of the best days we shared together.
“I think this photo was the day after but close enough. Happy Birthday wherever you are baby brother.”
Elvis’ former girlfriend Linda Thompson commented on the post, writing: “Dearest Riley I hope you find some comfort in knowing that you brought him joy, peace, security, and most of all love.
“Sending you and the family love and my thoughts and prayers today.”
Riley previously paid tribute to Benjamin in July, one year after his untimely death.
Elvis’ granddaughter posted a number of childhood photos with her brother and captioned the post: “Today has been a year without you baby brother. I miss you endlessly every day.”
Lisa Marie added: “Please wait for me my love, and hold my hand while I stay to continue to protect and raise your little sisters and to be here for Riley. I know you would want that.
“Happy Birthday my sweet sweet Boy. You were much too good for this world.”
The 53-year-old had Benjamin and Riley were her first husband Danny Keough, who she married in 1988 and divorced in 1994.
While her twin daughters Finley and Harper Lockwood were fathered by fourth husband Michael Lockwood.
