Mr Scott said: “The New Moon in itself is about regeneration and growth and rebirth.
“It’s when the Moon kind of goes within and it’s pitch black and it sits right on top of the Sun and it says, ‘What plant, what seeds of intention am I going to plant for the future? How am I going to start?'”
Since the Moon marks the end of one cycle and the start of the next one, look at today as an opportunity to plan ahead.
Plant a seed you wish to blossom in the coming days and look forward to the results of your labour on the January 28 Full Moon.
