Beauty lovers rejoice at Augustus Bader’s products that ‘keep skin looking young’

Since it was founded in 2018, Augustinus Bader’s approach has been to create a range backed by science and medicine.

As a result, the brand aims to only include ‘clean’ ingredients in their products with maximum results and minimum risk to skin.

The brand features sustainably sourced ingredients, sustainable and FSC certified packaging and many of the products are also fragrance-free.

The products promote anti-ageing properties and ingredients to improve skin elasticity and smooth texture.

Health app Yuka compares Augustinus Bader’s products with other skincare brands, with scores for ‘how clean each product is and exactly which ingredients are cause for concern’.

The rich cream has a score of 100/100, as it is ‘without harmful parabens’ and ‘without harmful UV filter’, plus the ingredients pose no risk to skin.

Augustinus Bader says the cream is ‘clinically proven to reduce the signs of ageing including the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, and hyperpigmentation’ and ‘supports cellular renewal to dramatically improve the complexion’s appearance.’

The brand has done user trials to support the product claims, one of which says that ’95 percent agree the appearance of fine lines/wrinkles is dramatically improved.’

Other highly-rated products from the brand include the eye cream and the serum.

Reviewers on Augustinus Bader’s website are praising the products, Mala D commented about The Rich Cream: ”I’ve been using this cream for 6 months now and I can see a difference in my skin. It is clearer and more youthful.”

Andrea B reviewed The Eye Cream, saying: ”I am so impressed with the significant change around my eyes and recommend it everyone, it really is a wonder cream!!”
